过渡金属TM(V,Cr,Mn)掺杂ZnS的电子结构和磁性
Electronic structures and magnetic properties of transition metal M(V, Cr, Mn) doped in ZnS
摘要
Abstract
The electronic structures and magnetic properties of transition metal TM(V,Cr,Mn) doped in ZnS supercell system are studied using first-principles pseudo-potential plane wave method based on the density functional theory (DFT).The results show that the ZnS doped with V and Cr has a halfmetal nature,but the system containing Mn does not show such behavior.These magnetic moments mainly originate from the impurity 3d states.关键词
