Abstract
Objective To evaluate the outcomes of breast augmentation using combination autologous fat and ADSCs and explore a safe method for breast augmention.Methods From January,2011 to January,2012,20 patients with autologous fat (named group A) and 20 patients using combination autologous fat and ADSCs (named group B)for breast augmentation were chosen and measured the volumes after the time points (1 month,3 month,6 month,12 month,18month) by using drainaging water.Calculated the volume differences between preoperation and postoperation at all the time points and dealt the differences with SPASS 13.0 individually.Results There were significant differences corresponding the time points between group A and group B.In group A,there were significant differences after the time points 1 month,3 month,6 month,12 month after operation and had no significant difference between 12 month and 18 month after operation.In group B,there were significant differences between 1 month and 3 month after operation and had no significant difference between 3 month,6 month,12 month,18month after operation.Conclusions Breast augmentation using combination autologous fat and adipose-derived stem cells is superior to using autologous fat.关键词
