摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) on chronic naso sinusitis after endoscopic surgery.Methods 78 chronic naso sinusitis patients with endoscopic surgery were divided randomly as the experimental group(n=39)and control group(n=39).Additionally to the same medication treatment of postsurgry.The control group kept conventional approach with kpetrolatum gauze Stuffing Nasal cavity,and the experimental group wase treated with gauze of bFGF.Results A week later,nasal cavity bleeding and swelling of the experimental group were obviously better than control group.and following up for 3 months recovery rate of the experimental group was higher,and there was significant difference two groups.Conclusion Clinical Practice has proved that the bFGF can effectively promote wound heahng affter endoscopic surgery.关键词
