Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of using sonophoresis on levorotatory vitamin C combined with the whitening essence of Arbutin B3 in the treatment of chloasma.Methods 46 cases of patients with chloasma were enrolled,who were treated with using sonophoresis on levorotatory vitamin C combined with the whitening essence of Arbutin B3 continuously for 6 weeks.Results Through consulting the evaluation criterion,22 cases were cured,18 cases were markedly effective,5 cases were improved,1 case was ineffective,the total effective rate reached 97.8％.Conclusion The treatment of chloasma through using sonophoresis on levorotatory vitamin C combined with the whitening essence of Arbutin B3 has obvious clinical efficacy,simple operation and less adverse reaction.关键词
