h-TERC基因及c-MYC基因的表达及其与HPV感染宫颈病变的相关性
The relation of the h-TERC gene and the c-MYC gene expression in the HPV infection and cervical lesions

Abstract
Objectlve Researching the liquid-based cytology,HPV,h-TERC gene and c-MYC gene tested in cervical cancer,we wished to find more efficient and practical method of cervical cancer screening.Methods The study group consisted of 1000 outpatients between August 2010 and December 2011 at gynecologic department Renji Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine.The specimens were evaluated by TCT,SPR-HPV and FISH using chromosome probes to h-TERC and c-MYC.All of the patients who were positive in any exam underwent colposcopic examination and histological evaluation.Results TCT was abnormal in 10.6% of 1000 cases; HPV abnormalities accounted for 11.2% ; 6.4% abnormal h-TERC gene; 5.6% abnormal c-MYC gene.In 213 cases according to the cervical biopsy,the positive rate of chronic inflammation,cervical CIN I,CIN Ⅱ,CIN Ⅲ and cervical cancer:74.6%,14.6%,6.6%,3.3% and 0.9%,respectively.The positive rates of h-TERC were 18.2%,58.1%,64.3%,85.7%,100.0%,respectively; the positive rates of c-MYC gene test were 20.1%,35.5%,50.0%,57.1%,100.0%,respectively; and the positive rates of HPV test were 45.3%,67.7%,78.6%,85.7%,100.0%,respectively.With increasing pathological grade,the positive rates of h-TERC and c-MYC in patients with HPV infection also increased.Conclusion h-TERC,c-MYC gene was closely related to cervical cancer and HPV infection.The positive rate increased with the increase of the histopathology as a tool of cervical cancer screening.关键词
