Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for clinical physicians about Flavobacterium odoratum infection.METHODS:Clinical pharmacist participated in the therapy for a young woman suffering from F.odoratum induced infection and the patient received anti-infective therapy of cefoperazone/sulbactam (3 g,ivgtt,q8h) and minocycline (0.1 g,po,q12h).By literature review,this paper summarized the clinical manifestations and treatment of F.odoratum induced infection at home and abroad.RESULTS:After correct antibiotic therapy based on results of susceptibility test,the patient's condition was improved and discharged.CONCLUSIONS:The multi-drug resistant F.odoratum infections require drug combination therapy in order to achieve a better therapeutic effect.Clinicians need to focus on F.odoratum infection in patients with severe trauma.关键词
