白腹皮蠹幼虫肠道细菌分离及鉴定
Isolation and identification of intestinal bacterial flora of Dermestes Maculatus Degeer larvae
摘要
Abstract
In order to study the bacterial population of the larvae ofDermestes Maculatus Degeer,six kinds of bacteria were isolated from the larvae of Dermestes Maculatus Degeer after separation and purification.In addition,the bacterialmodality,dyeing reaction,cultural character and physiological and biochemical reactions were studied systematically.The identification results showed that the six bacteria belong to Bacillus firmus,Aeromicrobium,Bacillus macerans,Staphylococcus,Bacillus megaterium and Bacillus brevis,respectively.The significant differences among the counts of the 6strains isolated from the larvae of Dermestes Maculatus Degeer were observed,and Bacillus megaterium was the predominant species (5.32 × 1019).The specific function of each bacterium on the larvae of Dermestes Maculatus Degeer need to be further studied for finding an effective method to prevent Dermestes Maculatus Degeer.关键词
