Abstract
By analyzing the non-uniformity of linear array CCD response ,a kind of non-uniformity detection system that is used to linear array CCD is presented, and a correction algorithm based on least square method is given .The gray value of each pixel is acquired un-der different irradiances,the corresponding relation between desired irradiance and grey level is obtained by using least square method , the correction coefficient of each pixel is calculated , the correction matrix of linear array CCD is achieved and the actual grey value of each pixel is corrected.The results show that the deviation is 6.1 before correction and the deviation is only 0.02889 after correction, indicating that this method is effective to correct the non-uniformity of linear array CCD response .关键词
