Abstract
Science and education strategy and talents strategy for powerful nation are implemented to establish technology innovation system during “The 12th Five-Year Plan”, which takes enterprises as the main body and market as the guidance and realizes the com -bination of industry-university-research.The system strengthens the innovation power of university and promotes the establishment of the innovation strategic alliance of enterprises , universities and research institutes .Combining with the goal of talent training , this paper makes a theoretical research and practice on the cultivation of mechanical innovation application talents based on the combination of in -dustry-university-research.关键词
