Abstract
With the rapid increase of demad for taining college teachers ,problems appear day by day .With the purpose of strengthening the practicability of training teachers in colleges ,measures should be taken from following aspects as making teachers training plan and clarifying plan and goal;innovating training contents and models and improving training effect ;establishing scientific and effective evalu-ation system;perfecting facilities and constructing guarantee mechanism .关键词
