摘要

Abstract

A vibration test technique on the aeroengine rotor mounted with elastic support is studied.Test principle and test methods to obtain rotor vibration signal are explained as applying strain gauges on the root of squirrel cage elastic support and measuring the dynamic stress.Examples of the application of the technique in dynamic characteristics tests and fault diagnosis of aeroengine rotor system show the efficiency of the technique used in rotor vibration test.It is concluded that this technique is not only able to be applied in rotor dynamic characteristics test,but also helpful in rotor fault diagnosis.
