Abstract
TestCenter is taken as an example,which is an automatic test system software platform through independent research and development of the 41st Institute of China Electronics Technology Group Corporation,and the system structure and key parts of the automatic test system software platform are analyzed by combining the automatic test system software products of NI Corporation from United States.Some of the key technologies are also explained,which provides technological reference for the assessment,model selection and application of the automatic test system software platform.关键词
