摘要

Abstract

To solve the problems that the description language for ranks of failure mode' s factors is not easy quantized and the evaluation model is unreasonable,a quantitative FMEA method is proposed based on fuzzy theory.A fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is established by fuzzy theory,the method of defuzzification based on α truncation set is given,while the rules of determining expert weight in the evaluation process are discussed,so the risk priority number (RPN) is gotten.Finally,the feasibility is proved by applying the method on the multifunctional spoiler.
