碳纳米管、石墨烯电极修饰的IPMC致动器的制备及性能
Fabrication and Properties of Carbon Nanotube and Graphene for Ionic Polymer Actuators

Abstract
To reduce the cost of IPMC,low-dimensional nanometer carbon materials were used to modified the platinum electrode of ionic polymer metal composites (IPMCs).The electrodes were made by the electrophoretic deposition (EPD) method from a methanol suspension of Poly (diallyldimethylammonium chloride) — modified CNT or GS.The results of SEM analysis on the specimens show that the CNT electrodes are relatively flat and uniform,and the bonding between CNT and Pt is firm.The results of the electromechanical property tests show that the CNT based IPMC actuator has a better electro-active bending deformation capability,and the maximum displacement is 13.90mm,and the maximum blocking force is 15.72mN,respectively,94% and 77% comparing with that of the Pt based IPMC,while the GS based IPMC only accounts for 51% and 40%.关键词
