凝胶燃烧法制备镍掺杂氧化锌及其光致发光性能
Zn1-xNixO Prepared by Sol-gel Auto-combustion Method and Its Optical Photoluminescence

Abstract
Zn1-xNixO (x=0, 0.01, 0.02, 0.03, 0.04) nano-powders about 100nm to 300nm are prepared by sol-gel au⁃to-combustion method. Structural and optical properties of the samples are characterized by XRD, SEM and fluores⁃cence spectrophotometer. It was shown that the maximum of Ni doped content (x) was 0.03 and secondary phase NiO was observed while the Ni doped content (x) exceeded it. In pace with Ni doped content, red shift of ultravio⁃let absorption limit of Zn1-xNixO was observed and its energy band width was reduced gradually. The absorption of Zn1-xNixO in ultraviolet region was decreased but its absorption in visible region was enhanced. The strength of peak in emission spectroscopy of Zn1-xNixO was weakened and widened, and some new peak was observed.关键词
