Abstract
With the expansion of higher education and the changes of college students’employment policy, the or⁃ganization and implementation of local normal university students’practice teaching is faced with such problems as the insufficient number of practice bases,poor process management, the students’scant attention and a lack of cooperation on the part of the practicing school. In the case of the organization and implementation, the level of or⁃ganization and management of normal university students’teaching practice can be further improved by increasing the practicing time, establishing a training center, innovating a practicing mode, increasing practicing bases and arousing the attention of schools, practicing bases and students to the teaching practice.关键词
