Abstract
With the development of the economy and technology, the social service business has involved many in⁃dustries. By means of the annual statistics of 18 listed companies of the Shanghai Stock Exchange in 2009, this pa⁃per discusses the principle and process of evaluation of the comprehensive ability for social service of listed compa⁃nies based on the factor analysis. According to a synthetic score, the paper conducts an empirical analysis of 18 listed companies, and the results show that the factor analysis is a good method to evaluate the comprehensive abili⁃ty of social service listed company.关键词
