Vernacular Language and the Familiar Essay in May 4th Period

摘要
Abstract
Language transmission is of great significance for the appearance and formation of modern traits of famil⁃iar essay in May 4th period. The vernacular endowed the writers a mechanism for free speech. It also brought writ⁃ers and readers fair exchange relation, and even brought about the style of letter prose written for children, which added a new modern style of prose. The vernacular took the daily oral tone into the paperwork and brought an inti⁃mate and familiar style. Lastly, the development track of familiar essay during May 4th period is related to the liter⁃ary language that time.关键词
