An Analysis of“Gou +A”Structure in Modern Chinese

Abstract
The“Gou +A”structure can be further divided into“Gou1+A”(“Gou”as a verb) and“Gou2+A”(“Gou”as an adverb), the“A”of these two structures has different restrictions. There are different structure meanings to produce when different types of adjectives used in“ Gou +A”structure.“Gou +A+De”can also be further divided into“Gou1+A+De”and“Gou2+A+De”, and the differences are significant of“de”in these two structures.“Gou1+A”and“Bugou1+A”are symmetrical in form and meaning,“Gou2+A”and“BuGou2+A”are only formal symmetry. The“Gou”of“Gou +A+ma?”and“GoubuGou +A?”can only be a verb, and different adjectives used in these two different formats according to different laws.关键词
