Practice and Reflection on College-enterprise Cooperation Talent Cultivating Pattern for Application-Oriented Undergraduate Colleges

Abstract
Cooperation between school and enterprise is the major approach to educate applied talents for applica⁃tion-oriented undergraduate colleges. As the different guiding principle and cultivating objective, these colleges should be distinguished from academic universities and vocational colleges. The paper takes the practice of School of Computer Science and Engineering in Changshu Institute of Technology for example, summarizes the innovation of college-enterprise cooperation talent cultivating pattern, and puts forward some effective ways of college-enter⁃prise cooperation that application-oriented colleges can adopt.关键词
