Abstract
The key to cultivating the talents for society is to realize“seamless docking”between professional teach⁃ing and social needs. One of the reforms is TSIP pattern introduced into Engineering Project Management Course Group. Through TSIP four stages of learning, students can realize the seamless docking from students to employees, and at the same time meet the needs of employing units in terms of the graduates’experience, knowledge,ability and integrity requirements.关键词
