摘要

Abstract

  It is introduced that tea cultivar structure, tea production, tea brand building and tea market development of Zherong in this paper. Some specific measures for Zherong tea industry development are suggested, including optimizing cultivars structure, constructing efficient and ecological tea garden, adopting clean production method for tea primary processes; building tea primary processing zone, learning from the management mode of French wine manor, developing cultivation and processing technology training and building tea local brands.
