Abstract
A brief overview of production situation of alpine oolong tea in Shouning county was done including its production history and product protection of geographical indication, then the advantaged conditions of its production origin, cultivars and policy was analyzed, and the processing technology and quality characteristics of granulated and striped alpine oolong tea was described.关键词
