锂离子电池负极材料钛酸锂的掺镁改性
Modifying lithium titanium oxide as Li-ion battery anode material by doping Mg

Abstract
Spinel-type anode materials Li4-xMgxTi5O12 (x =0,0.12,0.20,0.30 and 0.50) were synthesized using magnesium acetate as dopant source by two-step solid state method.The performance of the material was analyzed by XRD,SEM and electrochemical tests.A pure spinel phase was obtained as doping amount of magnesium x ≤ 0.20,an average particle size of 0.6 pn was obtained and charge transfer resistance at electrode/electrolyte interface was reduced for the materials after modified.When the material(x =0.20) was charged-discharged at 1.0 ~3.0 V,its initial 10.0 C discharge specific capacity was 93.8 mAh/g and 90.5% of capacity retention rate was exhibited at 5.0 C after 200 cycles.关键词
