Infrared Thermal Imaging On-line Detection System of Zero Value Insulator Based on WebGIS

Abstract
This paper introduces an infrared thermal imaging on-line detection system of zero value insulator based on WebGIS,aiming at achieving standardized operation and information management of porcelain insulator in power transmission line inspection as well as improving the accuracy,security and ease of operation of the zero value insulator online detection.The system is designed using WebGIS architecture,which is based on the thin client mode realized by J2EE.The system takes the regional temperature distribution variance,temperature maximum difference of insulator strings,the average value of maximum temperature differences between plates and that between plates and background as the characteristic parameters of the zero eigenvalue parameter.These parameters combined with the ambient relative humidity,equivalent salt deposit density are introduced as the 6 inputs of BP neural network to realize the zero value insulator map-positioning and intelligent recognition through WebGIS technology and the BP neural network algorithm.The system was verified by the experiment on 110 kV line insulators.It is concluded that the system is suitable for online detection and management of transmission line insulators.关键词
