On-line Verification of Relay Protection Setting Considering Protection Importance
摘要
Abstract
The operation mode of modern interconnected power grid is very flexible,which requires high level of relay protection.To make the verification and management of relay protection setting more scientific and effective,an online verification of relay protection setting considering protection importance is presented.First,obtain system comprehensive risk (combining risk assessment theory with grid cascading failure risks) and use it to measure the importance of all protections.Then,verify protection settings online in order of protection importance from high to low.The simulation of IEEE39-bus system and the analysis of the algorithm complexity prove the method feasible and correct,which not only avoids the shortage of traditionally random setting check,but also has great significance to improve the security and stability of power system.关键词
