Abstract
To promote the development of AGC service's assessment and settlement,combining with the management of AGC services in Chongqing Power Grid,a rational method on the basis of correlation coefficient and anlytic hierarchy process (AHP) for quantitatively evaluating and examining the regulation efficiency of AGC service was put forward in this paper.First,using the correlation coefficient to calculate the AGC service's performance,and then using the AHP to combine the contribution of system performances as the basis of settlement AGC service.Finally,a case study indicates that the presented method not only can objectively reflect the different characteristics and practical contributions of AGC service but also provide a wealth of economic signals for electricity market.关键词
