Abstract
According to the block bidding theory,a mathematical model is established to realize the minimum of the total power purchase cost and optimize the operation mode of wind,hydropower,pumped storage plant and thermal units.Meanwhile,the coordinated operation mode of wind,hydropower and thermal power is adopted at valley load and peak load period,in order to make various units work harmoniously.Then,the equivalent daily load curve is horizontally divided into three blocks,including basic load block,intermediate load block and peak load block.In view of the forecasting error of wind power,an improved clearing algorithm based on block bidding model is applied to determine the output power of the thermal unit.In this paper,the block bidding theory is combined with the wind power uncertainty.It is meaningful to reduce the power purchase cost and enable the operation mode of thermal units adapting to the fluctuations of wind power.Finally,the example is given to illustrate the validity and effectiveness of the proposed model and algorithm.关键词
