摘要

Abstract

A high-precision and good-flexibility testing system was designed,which can provide positive and negative torque and speed testing for A319/A320 series flap actuator.Siemens 6SE70 variable-frequency drive (VFD) and 1FT6 servo motor are used as input driving.Together with control unit Siemens S7-300 PLC they constitute a masterslave structure through Profibus-DP.With the torque sensor and WinCC monitoring program this system can achieve realtime monitoring of the testing process.The experimental results show that the testing can accurately be completed with the help of this servo motor and its VFD controller.This testing system has a certain practical significance.
