摘要
Abstract
Porcine epidemic diarrhea virus ( PEDV)strain named SZ was isolated from the feces of piglets suspected to be suffering from a severe diarrhea in Ziyang Sichuan Province,and was identified by RT-PCR and sequence analysis. The S gene was amplified by PCR and compared with the sequences from other PEDV strains,which showing higher homology with CH/XJUrumqi and AF500215 S1 from Korean.关键词
