Investigation Report on coccidia species and epidemiology about the tested 106 cases of duck coccidia
摘要
Abstract
The author finds the following three major coccidia which are harmful to ducks in Fujian Province :Tyzzeria perniciosa;Wenyonellaphiliplevinei Leibovitz;Isospora Mandari,through the investigation of tested 106 cases of duck coccidia. Among these cases,there are 67 cases of mixed infection (63.21 percent)which indicates that duck coccidia are mixed infection for the most part. The author also comes to the conclusion that this disease is mainly found among domestic ducks especially muscovy duck aging from 16 days to 50 days(84.91 percent),mostly from March to August,contributing to the foundation for scientific prevention and control of duck coccidia.关键词
