改良腹腔镜阑尾切除术的临床体会

Abstract
Objective:To compare the clinical significance and efficacy of classic laparoscopic appendectomy and the modified laparoscopic appendectomy.Methods:In this study,the clinical data of 76 patients with acute appendicitis were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were divided into 2 groups:conventional group and the modified group.The intraoperative situation and postoperative recovery of two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:All operations were successful.The operative time (35.2 ± 15.5) min and blood loss rate (2.6％) of modified group were significantly less than those of the conventional group [(48.1 ± 20.6) min and 7.9％] (P ＜ 0.05).The postoperative usage of analgesic was significantly different between the 2 groups (P ＜ 0.05).There was no significant difference in postoperative ambulation time,anal exhaust time,intaking liquid diet time and hospital stay (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusions:The modified laparoscopic appendectomy has advantages of shorter operation time,less bleeding and other complications,more safety and so on,thus modified laparoscopic appendectomy has good clinical application value.关键词
