摘要

Abstract

The interaction between ionic liquid and protein was characterized by capillary zone electrophoresis (CZE).The effects of ionic liquid cationic head-group,alkyl side chain length and anion on interaction with bovine serum albumin were investigated,and the interactions between [C4mim] BF4 and myoglobin,bovine serum albumin,hemoglobin,bovine thrombin and transferrin were discussed.Based on affinity capillary electrophoresis (ACE),the binding constant Kb of four proteins binding with [C4mim] BF4 was 1.24 × 107,1.23×106,5.75 ×104 and 5.60× 104 L/mol,respectively.The results showed the interaction strength reduced in the tum of transferrin,hemoglobin,bovine serum albumin and myoglobin.The interaction between ionic liquid and protein could be characterized quantitatively and qualitatively by CZE and ACE.
