新型生物反应器用于构建组织工程血管的初步探索
Preliminary exploration of a new type of bioreactor for constructing tissue engineered blood vessels

Abstract
Objective To study the application of a new practical bioreactor in tissue engineered blood vessels (TEBV) cultured.Methods A new bioreactor was designed according to the basic principles reported in literatures.Human umbilical artery smooth muscle cells (VSMCs) were seeded on the scaffold of polyglycolic acidr 2 weeks for electron microscopy scanning.Results A vessel-like tissue was constructed during the 2-week culture of VSMCs in the closed bioreactor.The constructed vessel bright and smooth in appearance,with certain thickness and flexibility,and self-maintenance of lumen shape.According to electron microscopy,rich extracellular matrix was observed in the constructed vessel,which distributed evenly and wrapped the PGA completely.There were incompletely degraded PGA residues among the tube wall.Conclusion The bioreactor meets the requirements of TEBV construction,and it could be used for further research.关键词
