摘要

Abstract

  With large inertia and hysteresis characteristics of temperature control system of hemodialysis machine, a method combining fuzzy control and PID control t is put forward, in which fuzzy control is applied to speed up the system response when temperature error is great, while PID control is applied to reduce overshoot quantity and improve the control accuracy when temperature error is minor. Through the adjustment of the value of empty PWM controlled switching time of the solid state, the temperature control is realized. The experimental result shows that the method has a small overshoots, high control accuracy, and the response speed can meet the requirements of the constant temperature hemodialysis machine.
