基于三轴转台的MEMS惯性传感器参数测量方法
SGT320E Three-Axis Turntable Experimental Method with MEMS Inertial Sensor
摘要
Abstract
The reliable and accurate measurement of kinematic parameters has significance to the high-precision MEMS Inertial Sensor used for agricultural navigation. The method is based on SGT320E Three-axis turntable applied to detection MEMS inertial sensor kinematics parameters like fixed bias angle, scale factor, nonlinear and scale factor symmetry. The MATLAB experiment shows that all of the inertial sensor performance date are basically match related performance as the date sheet list, which proves that the method can improve the accuracy of sensor.关键词
