摘要

Abstract

  This paper introduces a threshold method for pointer meter images according to the characteristic of the images as well as processed images using homomorphic filtering. It is a threshold method based on edge detection with Sobel operator. And a threshold is achieved via the statistics of the neighbor point set of edge points. The feasibility of these two threshold methods is verified by experimental results.
