圩区防洪减灾能力评估方法及其应用研究
Evaluation Method and its Application of Flood Control and Disaster Reduction Ability in Polder Areas
摘要
Abstract
According to actual situation of polder areas,the polder areas and pump stations above small (Ⅰ) scale were considered as the evaluation indexes to establish the evaluation index system of flood control and disaster reduction ability by analytic hierarchy process.Taking the polder area in Hangjiahu plain for example,the expert evaluation method was used to evaluate the ability of flood control and disaster reduction.The results indicated that the ability of flood control and disaster reduction was weak,and weakness links of disaster reduction ability were presented.Relevant feasible suggestions were proposed.关键词
