危重患者双向转诊效果分析

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects and advantages of dual referral system of community hospital and general grade Ⅲ medical institute on the treatment of critical ill patients.Methods:Dual referral status of critically ill patients between Guangzhou General Hospital of Guangzhou Military Command and Guangzhou Orthopaedical Hospital during 1st January 2005 to 30th June 2010 were analyzed.Results:Six hundred and eighty-three cases of critically ill patients were dual referred.Among 361 cases referred from Orthopaedic Hospital to Guangzhou General Hospital,322 cases (89.2％) were successfully treated,39 patients died of cardiovascular diseases (5 cases),cerebral vascular diseases (11 cases),respiratory diseases (5 cases),multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (1 case) and anaesthesia (1 case).No worsening of illness or death occurred during referral,and ICU-stay time was 11.3 days.322 patients returned to Orthopaedic Hospital from Guangzhou General Hospital after ICU treatment with clinical cure rate stage of 100％ during convalescence.The time of convalescence was 14.6 days.Conclusions:Dual referral system between community hospital and general grade Ⅲ medical institute can improve the cure rate of critically ill patients,and meanwhile,close co-operation and complementary advantages can facilitate the share and use of medical resources.关键词
