5种杀菌剂对苹果树腐烂病菌的抑制作用
Inhibitory Effects of Five Fungicides on Apple Tree Valsa Canker
摘要
Abstract
This test virulence of 400 g/L Flusilazole EC, 43% Tebuconazole SC, 25% Pyraclostrobin EC, 20%Coumoxystrobin SC and 1.6% benziothiazolinone AS was studied on apple tree valsa canker in vitro . The results showed that five fungicides have different inhibitory effects to mycelial growth of Valsa mali Miyabe et Yamada, the EC50 of 400 g/L Flusilazole EC, 43% Tebuconazole SC and 25% Pyraclostrobin EC were 0.015 11 μg/mL、 0.031 83 μg/mL and 0.090 88 μg/mL, respectively. The inhibitory effects to mycelial growth were better than common agent 20% Coumoxystrobin SC and 1.6% benziothiazolinone AS, the EC50 were 17.351 52 μg/mL and 1.991 69 μg/mL, respectively.关键词
