摘要
Abstract
The content of amylose of buckwheat has been determined by spectrophotometrically, the sample after the degreasing iodine reagent were dispersed in a solution of sodium hydroxide, adding a certain amount of the sample dispersion liquid, and then absorbance of color complexes was determined by spectrophotometry at 720 nm. The method has the advantages of simple operation, readily available reagents, high sensitivity, inexpensive and good precision, the relative standard deviation was 1.98%to 2.27%.关键词
