Abstract
Tanshu 5 was a new potato variety bred by crossing with the parental combination of Qingyu 30/Kexin 4. In 2009—2010,the average yield of Tanshu was 20 737.5 kg/hm2 and 51.8% higher than the check Longshu 6 in Gansu regional test .The results showed that Tanshu 5 was high-yielding,stable yield,drought resistance,strong adaptability,moderate resistant to late blight,and it had certain field resistance to mosaic virus and leaf curl virus. The results also indicated that tubers of dry matter, starch,crude protein,vitamin C and reducing sugar were 22.1%,17.5%, 2.52%,13.35 mg/100 g and 3.05%,respectively . It is suitable to plant in the region of Dingxi,Tianshui,Linxia and Jingning,Tanchang of arid,semi-arid and two overcast district of and other similar ecological areas.关键词
