Abstract
The water gate located in Qinzhou City is a large (II)-scale sluice privileged to irrigation incorporating with multiple purposes such as power generation, navigation and tourism etc., and had been put into operation for more than 50 years. For its reinforcement, after fully taking into account the factors including hydrology, geology, construction, operation, cost and influence on existing important structures, characteristics of various structures, a general layout scheme was recommended at the preliminary design stage, with shiplock and powerhouse arranged by left bank and right bank respectively. The reinforcement measures for major structures were also presented.关键词
