Abstract
At present, the hotel industry is developing very rapidly, which requires the employees’ higher quality. To meet the personnel needs of the hotel industry, vocational hotel management specialty should enhance the specialty construction, carrying out exploration and practice from the aspects of personnel training mode, professional course system and teaching content, “double-qualified”structure of professional teaching team, and practice teaching.关键词
