Alstract:This paper studied the Fe3O4@SiO2@Gd2O(CO3)2 core/shell/shell NPs as a new type of T1-T2 dual model contrast agent for magnetic resonance imaging.The magnetic coupling between Gd2O(COs)2 and Fe3O4 was modulated by the separating SiO2 layer to produce appropriate T1 and T2 signal.The Fe3O4@SiO2@Gd2O(CO3)2 NPs exhibit good biocompatibility,showing great potential for biomedical applications.关键词
