摘要

Abstract

  HeihecityislocatedincoldareaofChina,wheremaizegermplasmgeneticbasisabnormalnarrow,theintroductionandabsorptionforeigngermplasmisoneoftheeffectivewaysofexpandingthemaizegermplasmresources.With25Russiaveryearlymaturitymaizeimprovementlinesandtherepresentativegermplasmofdomesticmaingermplasmgroupsoffourbreedingexcellentinbredlinesastheexperimentalma-terial,usingtheNCⅡgeneticmatingdesign,thespecialgeneralcombiningabilityofproductionandgroupsofheterosisanalysisbetweenRussianleadgermplasmimprovedandtestlineswereconducted.Theresultshowedthat25Russianleadgermplasmimprovementlinesweredividedintofourmajorgroups.Tangsipingtougroup:Heiyue1,Heiyue10,Heiyue11,Heiyue12,Heiyue13,Heiyue15,Heiyue19,Heiyue24,Heiyue25;Reidgroup:Heiyue2,Heiyue6,Heiyue7,Heiyue9,Heiyue21,Heiyue22;Lancastergroup:Heiyue4,Heiyue5,Heiyue8,Heiyue14,Heiyue20;Lvdahonggugroup:Heiyue3,Heiyue16,Heiyue17,Heiyue18,Heiyue23.Theresultswouldprovidetheoreticalbasisforthereasonableandeffectiveuseofthe25materialsformaizebreedinginHeilongjiangprovince.
