马钱子总生物碱树脂复合物的制备及结合机制
Preparation and determination of combined mechanisms for composites of Strychnos total alkaloids-resin
摘要
Abstract
This paper designed to prepare strong acidic cation-exchange resin composites of total alkaloids from the Strychnos and determined the combined mechanisms between total alkaloids and resin.Used electrostatic exchange method,took strong acidic cation-exchange resin as drug carrier,the total alkaloids from Strychnos as model drug,Strychnin as index components.Based on the type and particle size of resin,ionic strength of dissolved total alkaloids solution,dosage of total alkaloids and resin,and reaction temperature,investigated the ion exchange reaction rate and equilibrium problem of index components under different conditions.The optimum process to prepare the composites of Strychnos total alkaloids-resin by electrostatic exchange method was dissolving total alkaloids by 0.1 mol/L HCl to prepare total alkaloids solution of Strychnos whose concentration was 2 mg/mL,reacting with H +ion exchange resin which its particle size was 0.080 ~ 0.096 mm at 50 ℃.The differential scanning detection showed that Strychnos alkaloids combined with ion exchange resin was through ionic bonds instead of simple physical adsorption.关键词
