Efficiency Evaluation of Photoelectric Countermeasures and Equipments Based on Fuzzy Synthetic Evaluation
摘要
Abstract
In order to evaluate the efficacy of Photoelectric Countermeasures and Equipments,according to the configuration and function,the evaluation index system and three-level model of Photoelectric Countermeasures and Equipments are established.Method of evaluation is inquired,by using of AHP to confirm the power of every possible element,a fuzzy Synthetic evaluation to differentiate the subjection degree of quantification indexes and quality indexes.The models application process is demonstrated through an example.The example's results show that the method is feasibility and practicability and can be applied to evaluate the efficacy of other weapon systems.关键词
