Assessment and Selection of Equipment Maintenance Contractor Based on Fuzzy Triangle and Entropy Analysis
摘要
Abstract
The assessment of equipment maintenance contractors' capacity is basis to select the best contractor in process of bidding.By researching bidding process and existing document,the norm structure,including contractors' qualification,technology and ability,level of management,and price and cost,is established.And the method of fuzzy triangle and entropy analysis is utilized to offer appraisal.According to the characteristic of fuzziness and uncertainty,the fuzzy triangle method is used to processing the qualitative norm,and the entropy method is used to reflect the level of competition among norms.Get the close degree and distance from the assessed contractors' actual situation to the ideal point,and chose the best one according to the result.It is proved by an example in this paper.关键词
