氮磷钾配合施用对野菊花内在品质的影响
Effect of Combined Fertilization of Nitrogen,Phosphorus and Potassium on Intrinsic Quality of Chrysanthemi indici Flos
摘要
Abstract
The "3414" mis-classification orthogonal design was used in the test of fertilizer (N,P,and K) effect to set up the optimum fertilizer application models for high quality in Chrysanthemi indici Flos. After statistical analysis, the relation was established between the optimized empirical model of nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium, and the intrinsic quality of Chrysanthemi indici Flos.An empirical model of the relations of total flavonoids and chlorogenic acid content to nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium was established and optimized to analyze the interaction among the tested factors.Intrinsic quality of Chrysanthemi indici Flos was lower significantly without one of nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium; the optimization treatment was N2P2K2 (N 150 kg/ha,P 120 kg/ha,K 180 kg/ha).Single-factor analysis showed that total flavonoids and chlorogenic acid content increased and then decreased steadily with the increase of the content of nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium. The two factor interaction analysis indicated that there existed an interaction range between nitrogen and phosphorus, nitrogen and potassium, phosphorus and potassium. The synergistic and antagonistic effects between fertilization and total flavonoids and chlorogenic acid content of Chrysanthemi indici Flos were shown in the lower and higher range, respectively. The optimal amount in the field from the optimized model was 138.480-176.175kg/ha for N,109.905-155.415 kg/ha for P,and 149.190-201.330 kg/ha for K,respectively. The optimum application formulation of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium can play a guided role in the field cultivation.关键词
